Upgrade from child fee to adult fee

This is for cases where there is only a child 18-20 years old on a membership. Instead of the $80 child fee, the registration fee is the adult rate: $255 plus the $150 co-op deposit (refundable with 3.5 hours of co-op work).

$255 registration + $150 co-op deposit – $80 previous payment at child rate = $325
