The following categories outline the different user group parameters for those utilizing any of Prince George's Community Pool's facilities. All users must follow the policies and rules as outlined in theMembership guidelines and posted pool rules.
Membership use(includes
individual guests of members)
Full use of the facilities by a member of a fully paid membership during regularly
scheduled operating hours and as outlined and described in the Membership
Application, the Membership Guidelines, and the Pool Rules. Guests
and their fees.
Special Use
The long title for this category may be Special Member Initiated Use. As a
privilege of membership, members may reserve non-exclusive space at the pool
for a gathering of 10 to 50 people for a few hours on a single day. Special
Uses typically include such events as birthday parties and family reunions.
Rental
The Rental category includes any scheduled occasion at PGP that involves a
group of ten or more people, impacts normal pool operations and satisfies
one or more of the following criteria:

The Event category includes any scheduled occasion at PGP that satisfies the
Rental category, significantly impacts normal pool operations, and satisfies
one or more of the following criteria:
Prince George's Community Pool is a private pool
cooperatively-owned and run by its members. It features a newly renovated 50-meter
pool, a large children's pool, lush green lawns, and large shade trees - the
perfect setting for a relaxing swim or picnic throughout the summer season.
This welcoming, safe, and family friendly environment is located just minutes
away from many communities in Prince George's and Montgomery counties and the
District of Columbia. These include Brookland, University Park, Hyattsville,
Cheverly, Mt. Rainier, Takoma Park, Bladensburg, Riverdale Park, College Park,
Capitol Hill, and many more
