MINUTES
September 12, 2011

Present: Mary Melchior, David McCandlish, Colin Strauss-Riggs, DJ Nolan, Don Stewart, Dave deRosa, Lothlorien Redmond, Tiffani Bois, Paul Rondelli, Stacy Smith, Andrew Farringdon.

Grounds and bathhouse cleaning needs to be addressed for next season. Management
A blocked drain is causing algae on the edges of the deck. The board asked that we try to get through this season and perform required surgery after the season is over. Management
Cash Register with cc swipe? Ask for some prices. Also check with PNC re prices for a temporary merchant account. February
A fee of between $3,500 and $5,000 was discussed for the proposed changes in the database. Tanya will make a more detailed assessment based on the requirements of the new system. October

PG Pool Proposed Capital Improvements

The board approved $100,000 for the improvements to be made in this off-season. Stacy will arrange for an estimate for guidance with Don and/or Paul. Then PP will arrange for further estimates.

Priority 1 (2011-2013)

Replace entire roof (with slope), and install fan for kitchen Don/RJ
Install workable footbaths/outdoor showers; move existing outdoor shower Lighthouse/Joe
Install in-ground sprinkler system TR
Replace plumbing, sinks, showers (w/hot and cold mixers) and urinals in changing areas Joe Kelly/Paul/Tanya
Repair window coverings and install fan behind ice machine in the kitchen. TR/Stacy
Replace kitchen and tool-room doors (install larger kitchen door, moving it as necessary) Stacy
Install a new storage shed WW
Build 1-2 pavilions for shade Stacy
Install lights: on trees; on the fences surrounding main pool; along the two paths to the pool; in the ping pong area; in back corner near fire pit; for volleyball area etc. as necessary. Stacy
