Co-op Hours Completed/Refund Request

This form can be used to submit a request for a refund of your co-op fee or to indicate that you have completed your co-op hours before the season has started and therefore do not need to include the fee with your membership check. If you have signed up for a seasonal job you may also be eligible for an early refund of your co-op fee. Please complete the form, with a note about which job you have signed up for, and wait for a response from the co-op organizers.

Fees cannot be refunded if your request is received after November 15.
